You can follow the step given below to book the service

1  Search the category you need

2  Open the category and instructions to proceed

3  Once you have booked the service, wait for a professional to be hired. A verified and trained professional will be assigned 1 hour before the booked time

4  The assigned professional will arrive at the address provided by you and provide the service

If you want the service but cannot take advantage of it when you book the service, we recommend that you reschedule the booking to a different time. If you want to cancel, follow the steps below

1  Find the booking you want to cancel

2  Click on cancel

3  Choose a reason for cancellation and submit

To reschedule the booking for a different time you can follow the steps below to book the service.

1  Find the booking you want to reschedule

2  Click on reschedule

3  Select preferred time slot when available and submit

Once the booking is done, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or email or WhatsApp informing you that the booking has been accepted. A verified professional will be hired for your booking 60 min before service time

The professionals’ contact details are shared with you in the Projects section of your app. Open your project, select the professional you want to talk to and call that professional

Our professionals usually arrive within the selected slot of the booking. We troll if the work doesn’t start on time and our customer experience associates automatically start working on the issue. Be assured that a professional or Clap Interior representative will contact you in case work is not started on time. If you face any issue feel free to contact us by selecting the booking for which you want to complain

After each service is completed, you will be asked to rate a professional. You will also be allowed to leave a feedback for the service and suggest improvements on various parameters. You can edit your rating or review anytime within the next 45 days

You can book your favorite professional through the Clap Interior Android and iOS apps. To book your preferred professional select the services you wish to book and choose the address. You will be shown a list of professionals who have previously provided you services and you can select one of them. We will show you the calendar of the professional you have selected and you can choose a time slot at which the professional is available. CI professionals have the option to accept your job or not take it to your liking – if the professional is unable to accept your job for some reason, we will hire another service professional for your job
